Privacy Notice

In short
We keep only what we need to run the lessons, count coins and give rewards at church. We do not sell or share it. We do not show ads. We do not ask for photos or birthdays.
What we keep
- The parent's email address and password. The password is stored scrambled, so no one can read it, not even us.
- The parent's name, church and city, as typed in.
- Each child's first name or nickname, age group and picture choice.
- Lessons finished, quiz stars, memory verses said, coins, and rewards asked for.
What we do not keep
- No photos, no birthdays, no home address, no phone number.
- No advertising or tracking tools.
Who can see it
The parent sees their own family. The children's ministry leaders who look after this site can see every family, so they can approve rewards and help when something goes wrong. No one else can see it.
Where it is kept
On Tabernacle of Joy's own server. We make regular backup copies so nothing is lost.
Children
A parent or guardian makes the account and adds each child. Children use the app under the parent's account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are the child's parent or guardian and agree to this notice.
Your choices
You can ask to see a copy of your family's information, to correct it, or to delete your account and all of your family's information. Please speak to your children's ministry leader or contact the Tabernacle of Joy church office.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update this page.
